- The customer needs to clearly mention order ID, Name and Address under the packaging

- Make sure the item is clean and safe with its original tags, labels, documents, and barcodes intact within the package
- Return the product through a logistics company that gives the customer a tracking id for easy tracking. Tracking id is also important to make sure the product reaches the warehouse safely.
